Founder & CEO

Don founded Translational Software® to accelerate the use of molecular diagnostics. Prior to this he had a 14 year career at Microsoft, holding a variety of roles in providing Internet access to MSN, pioneering Virtual Private Networking products, and integrating Instant Messaging with Voice Over IP networks. Don founded the BioIT Alliance from within Microsoft to accelerate collaboration in translational research.
Houda Hachad, Pharm.D.

Houda Hachad, Pharm.D.

Chief Science Officer

Houda is an entrepreneurial scientist with deep experience in pharmacology and pharmacogenetics. At the University of Washington, she co-developed two knowledge-based technologies, a drug interaction database (DIDB) and a pharmacogenetics database (e-PKGene©). Both leverage revenue-based funding and are widely used by pharmaceutical companies, regulatory agencies, and academic institutions worldwide.
Yoav Sibony

Yoav Sibony

VP, Sales and Marketing

Yoav Sibony, has served as Vice President of Global Sales for Harvard Bioscience, selling tools to advance life science research and regenerative medicine. Prior to Harvard Bioscience, he served as Global Sales Effectiveness Manager at Corning Life Sciences, responsible for strategy and operations for an $800 million division. Prior to this, he served as Regional Business Manager at BD Biosciences Discovery Labware. Yoav holds an M.B.A. from Pacific Lutheran University and earned a B.B.A. from Baruch College-City University of New York.

For the past 20 years, Rick has held business development and sales management positions in the healthcare business environment. His experience ranges from large multinational corporations, including 16 years at Pfizer, to leading-edge startup companies. He is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Business.

Clinical Pharmacogenomics Lead

Avadhut previously led preclinical development for small molecule inhibitors for high grade glioma as Research Associate Faculty in Neurosurgery/Neuro-Oncology Johns Hopkins University, where he also served as a Research Fellow.

Support Team Scientific Lead

Jared received his M.Eng. in Biomedical Engineering from Cornell University and brings technical and scientific experience to Translational’s support team. Prior to joining, he conducted research in both translational neuromedicine and nanoparticle drug delivery.

Operations Manager

Mireille brings experience in business management and marketing. She has worked as a program manager for Compagnie des Guides de Chamonix Mont-Blanc and in public relations for Endress+Hauser in France.

Hannah uses her background in customer service and project management to welcome new customers and accelerate their success. She graduated from Occidental College, where she majored in Diplomacy & World Affairs and Spanish.

Jennifer brings a talent for distilling insight from complex information. She majored in Biochemistry at the University of Washington, where she helped start a project on Ogden Syndrome genetics as an undergraduate researcher in the pharmacology department.

After graduating from Occidental College, Celia worked in data analytics at healthcare and political organizations in Washington D.C. At Translational™, she helps new customers ramp up quickly and assists in report design for new products.
