Prior to this he had a 14 year career at Microsoft, holding a variety of roles in providing Internet access to MSN, pioneering Virtual Private Networking products, and integrating Instant Messaging with Voice Over IP networks. Don founded the BioIT Alliance from within Microsoft to accelerate collaboration in translational research.
Houda Hachad, Pharm.D.
Chief Science Officer
Houda is an entrepreneurial scientist with deep experience in pharmacology and pharmacogenetics. At the University of Washington, she co-developed two knowledge-based technologies, a drug interaction database (DIDB) and a pharmacogenetics database (e-PKGene©). Both leverage revenue-based funding and are widely used by pharmaceutical companies, regulatory agencies, and academic institutions worldwide.
VP, Sales and Marketing
Yoav Sibony, has served as Vice President of Global Sales for Harvard Bioscience, selling tools to advance life science research and regenerative medicine. Prior to Harvard Bioscience, he served as Global Sales Effectiveness Manager at Corning Life Sciences, responsible for strategy and operations for an $800 million division. Prior to this, he served as Regional Business Manager at BD Biosciences Discovery Labware. Yoav holds an M.B.A. from Pacific Lutheran University and earned a B.B.A. from Baruch College-City University of New York.

Yin brings more than 30 years of experience building software systems at Microsoft, TeleSys Software and Synergie.

Cindy began her career working for software companies over 20 years ago. She has held the position of Senior Program Manager at both startup and established software companies including MessageGate and Attachmate.
Director of Business Development
For the past 20 years, Rick has held business development and sales management positions in the healthcare business environment. His experience ranges from large multinational corporations, including 16 years at Pfizer, to leading-edge startup companies. He is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Business.
Avadhut Joshi, Ph.D.
Clinical Pharmacogenomics Lead
Avadhut previously led preclinical development for small molecule inhibitors for high grade glioma as Research Associate Faculty in Neurosurgery/Neuro-Oncology Johns Hopkins University, where he also served as a Research Fellow.
Support Team Scientific Lead
Jared received his M.Eng. in Biomedical Engineering from Cornell University and brings technical and scientific experience to Translational’s support team. Prior to joining, he conducted research in both translational neuromedicine and nanoparticle drug delivery.
Mireille brings experience in business management and marketing. She has worked as a program manager for Compagnie des Guides de Chamonix Mont-Blanc and in public relations for Endress+Hauser in France.
Hannah uses her background in customer service and project management to welcome new customers and accelerate their success. She graduated from Occidental College, where she majored in Diplomacy & World Affairs and Spanish.
Jennifer brings a talent for distilling insight from complex information. She majored in Biochemistry at the University of Washington, where she helped start a project on Ogden Syndrome genetics as an undergraduate researcher in the pharmacology department.
Technical Account Manager
After graduating from Occidental College, Celia worked in data analytics at healthcare and political organizations in Washington D.C. At Translational™, she helps new customers ramp up quickly and assists in report design for new products.
Stephanie brings an understanding of pharmacogenetic laboratory needs from her previous work with Genelex Corp, which included laboratory information management system (LIMS) development. She holds a degree in Biochemistry, certification in scrum and a passion for leading teams to success.

Martin is a full-stack software development engineer with a passion for biotechnology. He started his software career working on cloud-based applications, then joined the Operating Systems Group at Microsoft and developed data engineering instrumentation, APIs and internal tools. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science.

Kenny has a deep passion for healthcare. Previously, he conducted clinical research on genetically triggered cardiovascular conditions at Penn Medicine and led software development for disease management applications at Caradigm. He received his M.S. in Medical Engineering from the University of Washington.
